Motivation Monday: Week 3

This week's focus is on future. Is the person you are today someone who you would've admired 3 years back?

Think about the goals you set last week when you read. Have you accomplished them yet? Do you feel successful? Reflect on the opportunities you took to reach your goals and remember that the future's benefits don't come to those who wait. Are you the person that you wanted to be when you set your goals last Monday?

Act on your goals and aspire to transform your personality, persona, body, etc. Or stay the same if that's what suits you.

A familiar but basic quote reads "A year from now, you will wish you started today". Though interpreted to be inspiration for a workout, this advice can apply to any goals that you set. Whether its to break a habit like biting your nails or start working out each week; do something today that your future self will thank you for.

Use your future to motivate you. Ask yourself, who do you want to be? And use that standard to act. FITspiration wants to remind you to keep working hard. It's worth it.
