Motivation Monday: Week 4

Since last week's motivation was future, this week's motivation is PAST. I want you to think about everything you have done up to this point that led you to be who you are. Are you proud of the person who you see in the mirror today? You should be, because every experience you've had until today has shaped every piece of you.

Don't like your past? Or what it has made of you? Start doing things now that will benefit the future you, because the you who read the beginning of this sentence is already in the past. Actively create your history, use it to be the person you want to be.

Use your negative past to inspire you to be better, and use your positive past to motivate you to continue your goals. For example, past hardships and breaks in relationships can push you to strive for better and stronger relationships. Additionally, past positive workouts with results can motivate you to workout again now.

Though short, this post can change your perspective on the past. Don't regret your experiences, use them to change your life.

See you next Monday,

The IT Department of FITspiration
