Motivation Monday: Week 6


This one's for all of you reading who are struggling, in a rough patch, or just not feeling too great today. I think this quote to the left pretty much depicts the attitude of this article.

Say you took your risk last week, didn't go as planned. It happens, it's called a risk for a reason. Don't get yourself too down on what's happening around you. Control what you can control, otherwise let it go.

The famous quote, "Everything will be alright in the end, if it's not alright, it's not the end" though cliche, speaks the truth. Nothing is ever permanent, and your life is what you make it to be.

Having a rough couple of days? Don't sweat it, chill out and take a break. No need to stress yourself out when all you need is time. When you're ready, take another shot, get right back out there. The person you will be after this tough time, is stronger than the person that went in, and this person is ready for another fight.

So take your break, and take your time, but don't give up just from a crinkle in your plan. You know yourself, you know your limits, but you don't know what your capable of. You can always better yourself and your health.
